A simple puzzle/strategy game about rotating random rows of arrows to match the goal row. All the pieces on the board rotate 90 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise based on which arrow you press. Use your locks wisely to prevent some tiles from rotating and rotate in the correct direction to create the correct combination for when they reach the last row.
